So this is christmas....

Christmas is meant for a time to stop and recognize and celebrate the birth of Christ our Lord and Savior. But sometimes people use this time to glorify themselves, bring others down, and just be scrooge. This is the season of giving, caring abou others, and loving family members, not just ignoring, stnewalling, or making rude comments/statements.
I saw a little boy with his parents in Target last night and the father was yelling and scolding his on for being happy and rejoicing that there were gifts under their tree. I watched them for a bit because I was looking for a gift in the same area they were in. I found this situation sad and depressing. Can we not all love each other? It doesn't matter wat this year has brought, what has happened recently or in the past, if you are with your family this holiday season be light hearted rejoice! God has put blessings in your path, recognize them and thank Him for them! He does these things fr us, although we are sinners (all sins are equal) and we were the reason that the baby who's birth that we celebrate in 2 days had to die on a cross 2012 years ago. He still loves us after we lie, cheat, and do other sins. Please remember these things this season!
